Name: Delton A. "Del" Weller Date: July 20, 1953 - June 25, 2012 Obituary: Texas- Delton "Del" A. Weller, 58, of Tyler, TX, passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2012 at Massena Memorial Hospital. Delton was born on July 20, 1953 in Potsdam, NY the son of Bernard and Gladys (Greenwood) Weller. He served in the US Air Force from 1971-1980. Delton married Michelle Barney on May 24, 1986 at St. Raymond's Church in Raymondville, with Rev. Everette Denesha. For the past 15 years Delton has resided in Tyler, TX and was employed as a baker in Walmart. His survivor include his wife Michelle of TX, his father, Bernard on Ogdensburg, his children Bradley Francis of Athens, TX; Delton A. Weller JR. of Brasher Falls, NY: Blake R. Weller of CA; Marion LaRose of Massena; Denise Shatraw of Syracuse, NY: a brother Shane Weller of Hannawa Falls, NY: four grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother. He was a past member of the Potsdam VFW. Delton enjoyed working on small engines and fishing. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 am at the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. Friends and family may call on Tuesday from 7-9 pm at Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Parishville.
