Brue Date: December 2, 1930 - December 16, 2009 Obituary: Funeral Services for Ted Brue, 79 of 128 Hough Road, Massena will be Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Church of the Sacred Heart. Friends and family will be received on Friday, December 18, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Phillips Memorial Home, 64 Andews St. Ted passed away on December 16, 2009 at the Massena Memorial Hospital. He is survived by a son and three daughters, Peter and wife Brenda of Chateaugay, NY, Karen Coia of Louisville, NY, Heather and husband Edward Harvey of Massena, Lisa and husband Richard LaChance of Louisville. 12 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. A sister, Helen Sucese of Massena, NY. He was predeceased by his wife Ann on October 30, 2009. Theodore was born on December 2, 1930 the son of the late Jacob and Caroline (Jakubasza) Brue. He graduated from Massena High School and Canton ATC. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married Ann F. Kearns on April 19, 1950 at St. Mary's Church. Ted retired from the St. Lawrence Seaway as an assistant Resident Manager with over 39 years of dedicated services before retiring in 1996. He was a member of the Massena Elks Lodge #1702. He was an avid carpenter, and enjoyed doing electrical work, and helping his children build there houses.
