 "Karvell the Magician" who presents his "There Is No Magic In Drugs" will be celebrating the 19th year of delivering the message he imparts on his young audiences. The Phillips Memorial Home is proud to sponsor his return for the second year of this fun and informative program to the 5th graders at the Madrid-Waddington Elementary School.  We now offer Engraved Memorials It is hard losing a loved one. It is a void that never goes away, but lessens with time. While it is extremely hard to forget someone and we know that no one wants to be forgotten, we seek to find ways to make lasting tributes to our loved ones.
